Cached data can sometimes prevent forms from working correctly. Here's how to clear it on your browser:
1. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
2. Tap "History" → "Clear browsing data"
3. Select "Cached images and files"
4. Choose "Last hour" or "Last 24 hours"
5. Tap "Clear data"

4. Select "Last hour" or "Last 24 hours"
